How long does it take to inflate the Aviva products?

The Aviva products can be easily inflated with the help of an electric pump (e.g. the Aviva blower). Standard blowers or compressors are also suitable for inflation. You will find a valve adaptor included with the products. Depending on the size of the product the inflation can vary from 3 to 20 minutes. To accelerate deflation, you can again make use of the Aviva electric blower as it is also designed for deflation.

 

Do the Aviva products require a constant air flow? 

No, the products do not require a constant air flow. Once the product is inflated, it simply stays inflated and the product is ready for use.

 

How are the products anchored?

You are basically having two options: you could either fix the products with the help of pool-anchors, suction-cups or heavy weights to the bottom of your body of water, or you may connect the Aviva Bungees to a pool ladder, starting blocks or suction-cups at the edge of your pool. What are some safety requirements?

The distance from the products to the pool’s edge needs to be at least 3m (10’). In addition, you must comply with the required minimum water depth and maximum user capacity.

 

What kind of material is used for the Aviva products?

The Aviva Pro-and Lunaline products consist of an extra strong PVC-Vinyl. With a material weight of 32 Ounce (1100g), the products are ultra robust and unique in the inflatable market. In addition, the material is UV-resistant and can even be used in extremely high temperature locations, salt and chlorine water.   

 

Are the Aviva products suitable for commercial use?

The products belonging to the Aviva Pro- and Lunaline are made of extra strong PVC material and are designed especially for commercial use in all bodies of water.

 

How safe are Aviva products?

All Aviva products are tested and safety certified by the TÜV Rheinland (accredited test house). In addition, all Aviva products comply with the newest state of the art European safety norms (EN15649).

 

How long is the warranty and what is covered?

Aviva Sports issues a general warranty of 2 years on the material, seams and all valves of Pro- and Lunaline products. For products belonging to the Aviva Ufo-line, the guarantee period is 90 days. How are the products shipped?

All products are shipped directly ex works (Bocholt/Germany) per truck, air- or sea freight to places all over the world. To ensure safe transport, the items are shipped in cardboard boxes and are fixed on pallets as necessary.

 

What accessories are included? 

A detailed product manual, which includes installation and anchoring information, is part of every shipment. In addition every product includes a repair manual and a repair kit (incl. glue & extra PVC-material). The included manometer helps to control the correct air pressure. Depending on the product, other accessories such as the Aviva electric pump, bungee cords etc. are included additionally.

 

How should the products be maintained and stored?

The products should regularly be cleaned with the help of soapy water, a sponge or a soft brush. Before storage, the products should be clean and dry. Only if the products are completely dry, should you roll them and then store in the original Aviva storage bag.

 

My inflatable product looses air. How do I repair little punctures?

Minor damages like punctures can easily be repaired with the help of the included repair kit and the repair manual.
